For the use of the free beach located between Palazzo Donn'Anna and the limit of the state concession of Bagno Ideal and Spiaggia delle Monache, and the stretch of free beach between Palazzo Donn'Anna and the limit of the state concession of Bagno Sirena, here are all the updates:
The measure establishes, among other things, "the minimum distances between umbrellas to ensure decorum and eco-sustainability." The regulatory parameters lead to identifying 70 as the maximum number of occupants for Donn'Anna beach, reduced to 50 as a precautionary measure, and 900 for Spiaggia delle Monache, reduced to 450 as a precautionary measure. The precautionary needs, according to the Municipality, "are linked in the first case to the circumstance that the public beach has only one nearby access, a concession area, Bagno Ideal, which also represents the first escape route in case of emergency. In the case of Spiaggia delle Monache, instead, the beach is much lower than the public road and is enclosed; access at Via Posillipo 357 occurs exclusively through a steep private staircase granted for use to Lido Sirena by the private condominium. In both cases, the beach usage hours are tied to those of the private beach operators through which access is granted."
