New Direct Flight Napoli-Chicago: A Bridge between Italy and the United States!

Starting from May 2025, American Airlines will launch a direct flight between Naples and Chicago, operating up to two flights per day during the summer season. This new route has been introduced following the success of the direct connection with Philadelphia. José Freig, vice president of international operations at American Airlines, emphasized the importance of improving connectivity between the United States and Italy. Roberto Barbieri, CEO of Gesac, expressed satisfaction with the airline's investment in Naples Airport, highlighting the region's potential in intercontinental tourism. Chicago O'Hare Airport, the main hub for American Airlines, offers over 400 daily flights to more than 130 destinations.
