Since December 9, 2024, Naples offers a unique experience: traveling on board the historic CT139 K trams from 1935, restored and put back into service on the new line 422. This line connects San Giovanni to Teduccio with Piazza Nazionale, allowing you to discover the city in a sustainable and fascinating way. The trams, originally green and then orange, now sport a livery of white, blue, and yellow, combining the charm of the past with modern safety standards. The initiative aims to enhance the Neapolitan cultural heritage and improve the efficiency of public transport in the area.
These trams will be operational every day from 6:00 to 22:00 with a frequency of 20 minutes to ensure that they can be used not only by tourists but daily by every citizen to move around these areas of Naples.
